How We Inspect

For every inspection before shipment, we always do below procedures:

Ply-Core Checking

We check the core for all 4 sides:

  • If we find the corehole and still repairable, we will ask to repair, but if not, we will take it out.

  • If we find delamination, we will take it out.

Thickness & Flatness

We sample some panels, and we check the thickness variances. If the thickness tolerance is still acceptable by customers, then we can go ahead.

We flip the panel to check the flatness, face and back. If necessary, we put the panel aside for additional repairs. Or if we find delamination, we take them out.

We repeat for every single crate, 60-100%, subject to our findings.
